LOADING UNITS
The Loading Unit is used for automatically loading printed circuit boards from a production line or from rack. Features: - Programmable cycle time - Programmable removal position - Configurable warning limit - Bar pusher - Control panel with keyboard and display - Product data storage for 200 programs - Internal programmable logic unit
UNLOADING UNITS
The Unloading Units are used for automatically unloading of printed circuit boards in rack. They can be single-rack or double rack (placing the tested boards in two different racks according to the test results).

FLIP OVER UNITS
The Flip Over Units are autonomous units which are able to overturn of 180° an electronic board. The unit is composed by the overturning mechanism and a unit for the electronic movement control.

MAGAZINE FEEDERS
The Magazine Feeder is used together with the Loading unit. It re‐places the board in the same rack where it is from: Loading and unloading are performed using the same rack.
CONVEYORS
The Conveyors are transport units that allow the creation of input and/or output transports to load and unload the boards. The Conveyors can be utilized as buffers during the text execution, in order to absorb line time differences and variations. The Conveyors are controlled by the system CPU, but it is possible to equip them with a dedicated controller unit.

SHUTTLE UNITS
The Shuttle is an autonomous unit used to transport the boards from a line to another parallel line.

TEST RESULT MANAGER
With the Test Result Manager for Magazines of Boards it is possible to identify the boards that do not have an identification code, so that they can be loaded and unloaded automatically from racks for the test.
The software automatically generates a serial number for each board, on the basis of its position in the rack, production lot, rack, etc. This code will be used for future identification and for the use of the test results on the repair station.
